To the Gallagher family:

For years I was the Director of Development and Alumni Affairs at La Salle Institute, leaving in 2005 when I moved to Florida. I had a lovely relationship with Ray, and was thrilled to reconnect with him here in Florida when he came down to visit one of his classmates. Ray was a lovely gentleman, and I send to his family, particularly his children, my most sincere condolences.

Dear Jack,

So sorry to hear about your brother, Ray. Will be having a Mass for him at my parish, Sacred Heart in Troy. Even though I live in Colonie, wanted to be where our Father Vaughan is and am so grateful that the change was made many years ago. We have treasured memories of St. Mary's, CCHS and LaSalle. I still remember your brother tom driving us to Crooked Lake after the prom. You have been blessed with a wonderful family.
