Yes, Sadly both Gil and Douglas have passed over. I will always remember admiring Gil in his Edsel convertible during one or more of the many parades down Broad Street in the 1960s. Rest in peace, Gilbert and condolences to the family and friends. Larry and Maureen Powers, Now living in Sydney, Australia (but Waterford will always be my home)

Dear Diana,
Please accept my condolences on Gi's passing. I got to know you and Gil at the St Edwards K of C Friday morning breakfast (I was the order taker), It was always a pleasure to see both of you each week. He was always upbeat and cheerful regardless of the problems he was facing. You and Gil are in my prayers.

Gil had a gentle spirit and welcoming manner. He could engage everyone in a room with his stories. He was an active member of the Shaker Pointe community and will be missed. Sr. Mary Anne

Diana, so sorry to read of Gil's passing. I have such great memories of him and a special photo of my young daughter with him acting as Santa Claus in our Route 9 office. And his golden voice on the radio was memorable.

Diana- we have lost a wonderful friend, great story teller, open to all. He enriched our lives by being himself. We miss him.
