Obituary for Joseph R. Horton Sr.
WATERFORD Joseph R. Horton Sr. of Saratoga Ave. died Tuesday February 6, 2018 at his residence. Born and educated in Albany he was the son of the late Theodore and Regina Fairfield Horton Sr.
Joe had worked as a machine operator in several manufacturing facilities in the Albany area. He was a Rock and Roll enthusiast.
He is the father of Tiffany Davis of Cohoes, Jacqueline Horton of No. Carolina, Cheyenne Horton of Ft. Johnson, Joseph Horton of No. Carolina, Dylan West of Saratoga and the late Travis West. He is the brother of Michael Winnie of Stuyvesant, Dawn Brew of Florida, Tammy Chapple of Waterford, the late Theodore Horton Jr., Gary, Edward, Roseanna and Robert Horton. 6 Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
A Memorial service will be held on Monday at 7 pm at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St., (Rte. 32), Waterford.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 5-7 pm, prior to the service.
