PULASKI Mary Frances “Tootsie” Lawrence, 77, of Hilton Rd. passed away suddenly Thursday April 13, 2023 at the home of her loving daughter Jaime and son in law Greg, in Waterford. Born in Syracuse she was the daughter of the late Leo Parker Sr. and Shirley Rockwell Parker.
Mary was self-employed in the Pulaski / Mexico area.
Survivors include her husband James L. Lawrence, her children Cynthia A. McMonagle of Pulaski, Gwendolen E. Monteith (Terry) of Baldwinsville, Jacqueline M. Pfeifer (James) of Scriba, Stephen C. of Mooresville,NC and Jaime L. Vanier (Gregory) of Waterford. She is the sister of Sandra Mooney (David) Constance Ballard, Ronald Parker (Sue), David Parker (Linda), Donald Parker (Val), Daniel Parker and the late Leo Parker Jr., Thomas Parker, Deborah Hills and Dennis Parker. She is the proud grandmother of Nicole, Sean, Katrina, Marissa, Jessica, Ashley, Brianna, Madison, Lindsey and Gavin and great grandmother of Emma, Addison and Hayden.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
