Obituary for Marion E. Rivage
MAPLEWOOD Marion E. Rivage, 71, of Maplewood, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020, after a short battle with cancer.
Born in Cohoes, she was the daughter of Grace Williamson Rivage and Andrew Rivage. She grew up in Waterford and graduated from Waterford High School and SUNY Albany.
She worked for many years at Boght Veterinary Clinic in Latham and retired from the American Red Cross.
Marion was predeceased by her parents, her sister Dorothy and brother Dennis. She is survived by her sister Carolyn R. Miller and several nephews.
A private ceremony will take place in the spring.
Marion’s love of animals lasted her entire life, and so the family asks that any contributions in her memory be made to cat rescue organizations.
