I have known Marcie since I was 16 years old. If it were not for Marcie (and her late husband Butch) I don’t know how I would have turned out in life as I came from a very dysfunctional family life and had to leave home at 17 Years of age. Marcie and Butch gave me a safe place to stay in their home and took good care of me. Because of them, I stayed out of trouble and was able to enlist in the Army when I turned 18. Marcie and Butch were also there for me when I got married to my former wife Shirley. Marcie was truly a very special person and friend and I will miss her very much.
