WATERFORD Leanne M. O’Connor, 69, of 4th St. passed away Wednesday June 2, 2021 at Samaritan Hospital. Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late John B. and Margaret Dunn Artt. She was a 1969 graduate of Keveny Memorial Academy and a graduate of Mildred Elley College.

Leanne was retired from United Health Care where she had been employed for over 20 years. She was an avid NY Yankees fan. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events, plays and recitals. She also enjoyed going to casinos.

Survivors include her sons Mark O’Connor (Sheri) of Ballston Spa and Scott O’Connor (Jodie) of Mechanicville. She is the sister of David Artt (Shelley) of Arlington, VT., Paul Artt (Anita) of Dallas, TX, Philip Artt (Janet) of Coppell, TX and the late John D. Artt. She is the proud grandmother of Christopher, Haley, Brady and Ian O’Connor.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 9:30 am at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rte.32), Waterford. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Waterford.

Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7 pm.

As per pandemic regulations masks are required for those not vaccinated and social distancing observed.
