WATERFORD Lawrence R. Jarvis of Pineview Ct. passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with cancer on Saturday December 12, 2020. Born May 31, 1955 in Troy he is the son of Ernest and Jane Dassatti Jarvis of Cohoes. He is a 1973 graduate of Keveny Memorial Academy and received his Associates Degree from HVCC.

He is uncle of Bryan, Stacy and Connor Dowling, Jennifer Leonard (Erik), Lori and Lindsey Dowling. Also surviving is his little buddy Tanner. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Virginio (Al) and Anna Michaud Dassatti and Raymond Jarvis Sr. and Lena Forget Jarvis. He will also be missed by Pattty’s loving family.

It's hard to believe how rapidly the years fly by us. I recall Larry showing off his stuff; both in the band and on the court. As we know...Keveny was not big on sports or many social outlets for students. But there are two things I remember well...Larry's smile and the fact I never heard him put another down. He was always receptive and supportive of others.
I often wondered if it was because his mom worked the lunch room?? Haha....I believe it was she.
Larry is playing his trumpet and home for Christmas.
My best to his family and loved ones he leaves here.
Hold him close in your hearts!! Peace!!
