Obituary for Jacqueline Ann Heroux
COHOES Jacqueline Ann Heroux, 67, of Remsen St. passed away peacefully Sunday June 19, 2022 at Samaritan Hospital. Born in Cohoes she was the daughter of Philomena Speciale Heroux of Waterford and the late Bernard P. Heroux. She was a 1973 graduate of Waterford-Halfmoon High School.
Jackie was retired from Computer Sciences Corp. in East Greenbush where she was employed as a Distribution Assistant. She was an avid bowler and was a member of the Cohoes Tuesday Senior Mixed Bowling League and the Thursday Bowling League in Green Island. She also was a BINGO enthusiast and a member of the Cohoes Multi-Service Senior Citizens Center.
In addition to her mother, Jackie is survived by her cousin Kathleen A. Heroux and dear friends Diane Vaillancourt and Josette Pinsonneault all of Waterford. She is predeceased by her brother Steven A. Heroux. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be Friday at 6 pm at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rt.32), Waterford. Interment will be private in the family lot at St Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 4-6 pm prior to the funeral service.
