HALFMOON Harold A. Grimm, 83, of New Netherland Way passed away Tuesday March 29, 2022 at Samaritan Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Troy he was the son of the late Harold and Gertraude Tyll Grimm. He was educated in schools in Schenectady and the Bronx.

Harold had been employed for 25 years at the Freihofer Baking Co. in Albany and retired 20 years ago. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was an avid model train collector and has accumulated much model train memorabilia over the years. He was an amateur photographer and enjoyed nature and the outdoors.

Survivors include his devoted wife Jane Jensen Grimm, his loving children, Harold Peter Grimm of Kansas, Charlotte Senecal (Joe) and Susan Spinnato (Jerome) of Waterford. He is the brother of Robert Grimm (Margaret) and Charlotte Scharnweber of Syracuse and is the proud grandfather of Daniel & Elizabeth Senecal, Josephine, Katherine, and Stephanie Spinnato. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be private with interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
