Obituary for Eugenia M. Kufel (Bilinsky)
WATERFORD Eugenia M. Kufel, 70, a loving and caring wife mother and grandmother passed away on Sunday January 30, 2022 at Samaritan Hospital. Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gloria Zalopany Bilinsky. She was a graduate of Keveny Memorial Academy and Russell Sage College.
Eugenia had been employed as a legal secretary for several law firms in the area and retired a number of years ago. She enjoyed playing Mahjong, reading and crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 46 years George Kufel and her loving children, Taras Kufel (Andrea) of Guilderland and Andrea Shea (Jon) of Bethel, CT. She is the sister of Stephanie Dobriansky of New York City and Walter Bilinsky of New Hampshire. She is the proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
