EAST GREENBUSH Brian F. Lawlor, 83, formerly of Clifton Park passed away peacefully Thursday September 22, 2022 at Evergreen Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Kingston he was the son of the late Francis and Christine O’Sullivan Lawlor. He was educated in Albany schools.

Brian was a hearing aid specialist and owned and operated Benway, Haworth & Lawlor Hearing Aids Inc. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of the International Hearing Aid Society, a former member of the Albany Lodge of Elks and Rensselaer Lodge of Elks as well as the Melvin Roads Post of the American Legion in Clinton Heights.

Brian was the husband of the late Mary E. “Midge” Cibulas Lawlor, step-father of William Allen (Annamae Williams) of West Sand Lake and Kenneth Allen Sr. (Gladys) of Schenectady and step-brother of the late John Curran. He is the proud grandfather of Kristal Reed (Dustin) of Little Falls, Kenneth Allen Jr. and Samantha Allen of Schenectady. 5 Great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of his family.
