Obituary for Antonio Pascarella
WATERFORD Antonio Pascarella, 87, of 4th St. passed away peacefully Thursday January 3, 2019 at Samaritan Hospital. Born in Latina, Italy he was the son of the late Vito and Maria Bocci Pascarella.
Tony was retired from the former Cluett and Peabody Co. where he had worked for many years. His faith and family were his highest priorities. He was an avid gardener, hard worker, enjoyed playing Bocci and taking long walks.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, who he met in Italy, Maria Palestina Pascarella, his daughters Maria Greenman (Russ), Angela Gluckstein (Mitch) and Felice Pascarella, his siblings Antonietta Landolfi (late Carlo), Angelina Landolfi (Frank) and Pat Pascarella (Carmelina). He is the proud grandfather of Michael Warren, Carl W. Greenman and Christopher Warren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Tuesday at 9:30 am at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 119 Broad St. Waterford. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Waterford.
There will be no public viewing hours.
