WATERFORD Anna M. Proctor, 85, of 8th St. died Wednesday December 2, 2020 at The Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late Michael and Rose Cebunia Spiak. She was educated in Watervliet Schools.

She was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Waterford. Anna enjoyed collecting Hummels and porcelain dolls and in her earlier years she enjoyed traveling. She was an animal lover.
Anna was the widow of Nelson H. Proctor who died in 2008. She is survived by her children Paul G. Proctor of Troy and Kimberly A. Proctor of Ft. Worth, Texas. She is the sister of Richard Spiak of Watervliet, Michael Spiak of Saratoga and the late Donald Spiak and is the proud grandmother of Jessica A. Henley and great grandmother of Rhys.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 am at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rte.32), Waterford. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Waterford.

Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday prior to the funeral from 9 – 11 am.

As per pandemic regulations, masks will be required, social distancing practiced and occupancy limitations observed.
